Or are you perhaps completely invested in the idea that they must live in the same home as you? Do you hate the idea of sending them to a seniors home?
And also if you have to live in the same home as them, can you afford a caregiver. If you can afford a caregiver then a walk in tub is not a “necessity” as the caregiver can help the relative bathe in a regular tub. If you can afford both a caregiver and a walk in tub, this is even better obviously, so it will all depend on your particular situation obviously.
